Bidding will close on Monday March 31st at 5:00 pm. This is a staggered, pre-scheduled closing where lots close, in order, every 20 seconds. The auction will also utilize a Soft Close in which any lot that receives a bid within the last 2 minutes of its time will be extended another 2 minutes until bidding has stopped on that item. This prevents another bidder coming in at the last couple of seconds and sniping an item out from under other interested bidders.
Pick Up will be on Thursday April 3rd 10:00 - 6:00 pm & Friday April 4th 10:00 - 2:00 PM. (*NOTE: Friday pick up will be primarily for the fixtures & large furniture pieces - Lots 492-570 will be available for pick up on Friday the 4th after 12:00 NOON only)
